After much discussion with Doctor and midwifes I decided to go home. Doctor wanted to check my cervix again doing a speculum exam. The midwife did this at about 11am, blood gushed out and that was the end of going home! At about 2.30pm I began to feel really weird and now know it was my body going into shock. The Doctor did another spectulum exam at 3.30pm and I had a big gush of blood again. He thought it was my waters. I rang Dad and he rushed back to the hospital. We spent the evening thinking I was in labour and at 11pm I haemorhaged and was rushed into surgery for a c-section. Christopher was born still at 11.50pm, he weighed 370 grams. At 21 weeks he had no chance of survival.
